This was the proposal that I wrote for the Research Foundation of São Paulo State (FAPESP). This is a public institution that motivates the scientific research in the state of São Paulo. One of the means that the institution uses is the scholarship supply to finance the development of research in some certain areas. Each research is analyzed by an examining board. This examining board decides if the research can be financed or not according to some quality criteria. The proposal that I sent was accepted by the examining board and my research was financed by this institution during the period of my master's degree. I am thankful to the FAPESP institution for the help supplied during this period.
