General problems
Although the bank has one of the best Brazil's Internet-Banking site in terms of number of features, richness of details, and their levels of availability, there are several major points of improvements that can still be incorporated. The first point is the need for a large improvement of the visual appearance. The second point is a significant reduction in maintenance costs. The current site uses a proprietary platform, making it difficult to maintain. This means that there is a difficulty in providing new solutions at a reduced time to market.
