Solution
The solution was to building an Internet application to generate the reports of service levels achievement. This application would have access to the internal base of data that centralizes the monitoring information.
The application would have to read the events generated by the servers that run the customers' applications in order to generate the reports. An access control should be in place and the service levels information should be presented in using graphics.
