Execution that I worded directly

I had meetings with the manager responsible for the hosting area. As a result, we defined the following topics:

  • Which information had to be presented in the pages of the application.

  • The quality of service information had to presented through graphs.

  • An access control had to be in place.

  • Which logos and graphical presentation had to be used.

Right after the meeting with the manager, I had another set of meetings with the technical professional responsible for the maintenance of the monitoring database. The result of these meetings was:

  • The identification of which tables had to be accessed.

  • What calculations had to be done to build the graphs of the pages.

  • Which tables had a large amount of data.

Due to the great amount of information in some event tables, it was necessary to implement some table indexes and fine-tuning of some queries on the database.
