Objectives

Objectives of material reallocation module

Through the module of Material Reallocation, it is possible to allocate the coils automatically to the requests using the information of the accompaniment maps and the description of the quality restrictions demanded by the customer. All the allocations are made respecting the restrictions of the requests and of court viability. This module allows the visualization and the modification of the accompaniment maps graphically and this is also possible for the routine, that is to say, the process sequence for which the coil should proceed to assist to a certain request. It is possible to visualize the group of the allocations through a sailing interface that goes from coils to requests and the other way around.

Figure: This is a representation between coils and customers. The customers demand different quality requirements for each side of the coil. This demands need to be compared with the defect maps and the allocation can be done between one coil and more than one customer. This way, it is possible to allocate determined pieces of coils do different customers.

The module of Material Reallocation increases the number of allocated coils and, consequently, of the assisted requests. The allocations are made objectifying the attendance of more than an aim as the delivery date and court complexity of the coil. The tonnage allocated to each request is maintained automatically, allowing an easy accompaniment of the attendance of the requests. It addresses efforts to the analysis of what was modified from an execution to another. Finally, the module of Material Reallocation facilitates the manual interventions through graphical interfaces, which indicate the violation of restrictions, being the person's position to continue or not.
