The contracted solution was to construct a monitoring environment to concentrate the all the information from all the customer's telecommunication networks.

This system was built to have several levels of redundancies: server, hard disk and other components. This environment had to have a high-availability.
Solution that I worded directly
An Internet application would be constructed and installed over the high-availability environment. This application would manipulate all the networks information and present them both technical and management level and format.
