My first role in this project was of application architect. This is because I gathered the requirements, I specified the system, I defined the amount and professionals and qualifications necessary. The second role was of project management. This is because I coordinated the development of the use cases within the time set on the schedule, I assured the quality of the development until the delivery of the system.
