I defined the architecture and characteristics of the system to be developed. Characteristics such as the need to access the application through intranet, comply with the customer´s standards, access the database that had the software installation list of each customer's equipments and compare against the licenses availability, allow software remote installation, among others.
I defined the number and qualifications of the resources necessary to implement the system. I create the project schedule and defined each delivery date of the work products and finally filled out the departmental controls for managing the recovery of costs.
I presented the costs , aspects of the system to be developed and project schedule to the responsible department. The department authorized the start of the project.
I contacted the department partners for the supply of the necessary resources for the project. Soon afterwards, I, and another integrant of the department, interviewed the candidates and defined the development team from the approved candidates.
I wrote the detailed use case documents of the functionalities of the system and I helped defining the database structures.
I coordinated the development of the application. The programmers' team wrote the source codes for each one of the use case documents, they implemented the database structure and they accomplished the initial unit tests. I accomplished several integrated tests.
I presented the prototypes to the representatives of the department and also to the customer. I helped installing the application on the target servers and deliver the system.
